Gold Hunter finds attractive targetThursday, 3rd November 2005 (2940 views) Gold Hunter has received its final assay results for drilling completed in September on its GJ/Kinaskan property and is reporting high-grade copper-gold.The last hole drilled, which measured 46.95 metres, returned gold with a grade of 1.317 g/t, the highest grade recorded on the programme to date. The high-grade gold is continuous from hole to hole and is concentrated in the western section of the Donnelly zone, which forms part of the GJ property in British Columbia. Commenting on the results of the drilling programme, company president Rick Bailes called the western area a "very attractive exploration target". "The western end of the Donnelly zone contains the most intense porphyry-style mineralisation that we have seen on the GJ property," he said. Drilling also took place on the GJ zone and the North zone of the property. Gold Hunter is about to embark upon a new resource calculation for the Donnelly zone.
