It's phase two for Aurelian ResourcesFriday, 19th August 2005 (2465 views) A total of 19 samples taken from Aurelian Resources' Bella Vista prospect contain more than 2 g/t of gold.The company owns the Bella Vista prospect at the Condor Project in southeast Ecuador and is about to embark upon its second stage of exploration there. The now completed phase one identified five mineralised structures in addition to the existing stream sediment anomaly. The highest return from a sample, of which 197 were taken, was 23.3 g/t of gold and this sample also contained 50 g/t of silver. Results from phase two are expected within two months. Company president, Patrick Anderson, outlined the exploratory phase two as including "a program of line-cutting, mapping, geochemistry and geophysics using the company's magnetometers". Aurelian Resources controls more than 95,000 hectares of mining concessions in the Cordillera del Condor area of Ecuador, which has been mined for over 400 years. © Adfero Ltd
