Friday, 3rd June 2005 (4206 views) Capital Hill Gold has reported that it is currently assessing a potential high-grade bulk-tonnage gold deposit located in Mineral County, Nevada.<br/><br/>The project was originally staked by a major gold mining company in the 1990s but has never been drilled. <br/><br/>The deposit is the same area as various operating and past-producing gold mines, including the Paradise Peak, Santa Fe and Rawhide deposits.<br/><br/>Based on initial evaluations of the project, the geologists investigating the property for Capital Hill believes that the target would be a high-grade bulk-tonnage gold deposit. <br/><br/>Geologists have collected samples from mineralized areas of the property and these will be assayed by American Assay Labs in Elko.<br/><br/>The company has said that the decision to acquire the project will be made based on these results.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8659492"/>
