Wits Basin Precious Minerals and AfriOre are to conduct further drilling at their FSC Project in South Africa.

The drilling will be the second set in a current drilling programme at the target area.

Since previous drilling was so successful, drilling contractors have been asked to prepare a second drilling rig to speed up the programme to discover any gold bearing conglomerate reefs.

According to the companies there are many geological signs that call for the addition of another rig and this type of programme is typical for new gold field searches.

Wits Basin is a minerals exploration company with interests in one base metal and three gold exploration projects.
