Drilling has now begun at the Beowawe gold project in Nevada, Atna Resources and Prospector Consolidated have revealed today.<BR/><BR/>As part of the drilling, six to ten holes will be made to test for gold mineralisation.<BR/><BR/>The Beowawe site is based in over 4,600 acres of land in an area that is already being actively explored by a number of other mining companies.<BR/><BR/>Beowawe is a venture agreement between Atna and Prospector and will see Prospector run as operator and Atna will manage and execute the programme.<BR/><BR/>There will be three main stages that drilling will undertake.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7209962"/>
