Vancouver's Gold City has announced it has resumed drilling on its Greenwood Gold Project's Lexington property.

Drilling restarted following the success of a summer drill programme at the site, and now a 3,000-metre drill programme is underway.

Drilling that was held last month saw possible exploration areas expanded and revealed strong gold-copper mineralisation.

However results now available have shown that there is a new zone present at the site, which offers new gold mining possibilities.

The Greenwood Gold Project is just one of the British Columbia assets that Gold City has agreed to sell to Jantri Resources.
